Our Greek Orthodox Wedding
Sophia & Owen’s destination wedding in Crete, Greece was the epitome of understated luxury , a beautifully authentic Greek Orthodox celebration set within the historic Church of the Four Martyrs (Tessaron Martiron) in Rethymnon.
Steeped in tradition and timeless beauty, the ceremony unfolded in an atmosphere of reverence and elegance. Surrounded by centuries of history, the couple exchanged vows through the sacred rituals of the Greek Orthodox faith, crowning, blessings and symbolic unity, creating a moment that was both deeply meaningful and visually captivating.
Following the ceremony, the celebration continued along the coast, where guests were welcomed to a seaside reception overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean. With the gentle sound of the waves and a golden sunset as their backdrop, the setting exuded effortless sophistication.
